Obituary for Juan Torres

Juan Torres of Benito Juárez, Durango Mexico, was born on June 24, 1953. He passed away on Sunday May, 3rd 2020 in Chicago, Illinois United States of America at the age of 66. Juan was consistently described as the hardest working man you will ever know. Always working more than one job, ensuring his family's needs were always cared for. Coming from very humble beginnings he was raised in a small pueblo in Mexico. He later relocated to Chicago, IL. as he began his career and his mastery of multiple skills from florist to carpentry and even welding aluminum. Juan was a master craftsman proficient in so many skills it is difficult to list them all. He married Esther Torres on a windy but sunny day full of love in January 1974 to his wife and lifelong love, who survives him. Juan was passionate about two things in his life, his family, and his work. A loyal lead foreman working at CPI (Kingspan Light & Air) for over 27 years. Juan also worked as a general contractor for 27 years for Yossi VinoGrad and was considered part of the family. Juan's family was so important to him, he played with his grandchildren, gave an amazing life for his children, and was an amazing friend to many providing them with life-changing valuable advice. There is so much more we can say and we thank him for the wonderful memories and life he provided us. He will be forever missed by so many.
Juan is survived by: Esther Torres his wife, Maricela Nuño, Juan Torres Jr., and Leoniris Torres, his children, Selene Nuno, Maya Nuno, Juan Torres III, his grandchildren.
He is further survived by his Siblings: Miguel, Evangelina, Angel, Micaela, Rita, Darrio, Eluteria, Gilberto, Maria Salome
