
Lorenzini, Anita (nee Valente)
Anita Lorenzini (née Valente) tragically passed away from complications due to Alzheimer's disease and COVID-19 on Sunday, March 28th, 2021 at 9:45 am at the age of 75, in the presence of family and loved ones.
Anita was born on September 13th, 1945 in Cesuna, Italy to Giovanni and Pierina Valente (née Ambrosini) . She immigrated to the United States in 1961 with her family to seek a better life. She was the 4th of 7 children.
Raising her family was her life’s work. She was a devoted wife, mother, nonna, sister, aunt and friend to many. She loved traveling, decorating, and spending time with her family. She was an amazing cook. Anita was known for her boundless energy, vivaciousness, lively personality, wit, sarcasm, and keen sense of humor. Her gigantic laugh filled rooms with joy.
Her survivors include her Husband of 57 years, Arnold, her 3 sons, Michael (Molly), Steven (Lisa), and Robert. She was also Nonna (Grandmother) to 8 grandchildren whom she adored: Olivia, Luke, Jason, Abby, Alec, Sofia, Adam, and Giuliana. She was a devoted sister to her 6 siblings, Orlando (Ursula) Valente, Nerina (the late Ezio) Valente, Danilo (Pat (Patricia)) Valente, Enzo (Anna) Valente, Gigliola “Gigi” Longo, and Simonetta (Paolo) Gorda. She was loved and adored by 15 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Mother Pierina (1988), and Father Giovanni (2002).

Immediate arrangements will be a private family event. A joyous celebration of her life will be held June 19th, details will be forthcoming.
