McGRATH, ANNETTE F. nee KELLER  AFTER A LONG BATTLE WITH CANCER AND SEVERAL INVITATIONS FROM THE LORD, ON FEBRUARY 4, 2009 ANNETTE PEACEFULLY AGREED TO ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. ANNETTE WAS FORMERLY OF OAK LAWN, IL AND A LONG-TIME RESIDENT OF SARASOTA, FL.  WHILE RESIDING IN FLORIDA, ANNETTE WAS SURROUNDED BY MANY WONDERFUL LOVING FRIENDS AND BEAUTIFUL SUNSHINE ALONG WITH THE ENJOYMENT OF BEING THE AVID HOSTESS AND VOLUNTEER FOR MOTE MARINE LAB.  AT MOTE MARINE SHE HELPED TO BRING THE UNDERSTANDING OF SEA SCIENCE TO THE PUBLIC.  SHE WAS A FOND ADMIRER OF FANNIE MAY CHOCOLATES AND H & D PEARS AND IF YOU WERE OFFERED EITHER YOU KNEW IT WAS A REAL BIG DEAL.  IN OAK LAWN SHE WAS A VOLUNTEER AT ADVOCATE CHRIST HOSPITAL, THE ONCE UPON A TIME PICTURE LADY THAT WENT TO KOLMAR SCHOOL AND LONG-TIME MEMBER OF THE SOUTHWEST WOMEN’S CLUB.  SHE WILL BE LONG REMEMBERED AND HELD CLOSELY IN OUR HEARTS.  MOM’S FAVORITE QUOTE “LIFE IS A BEACH”.  MOM’S REPEATED SAYINGS “I WANT NOTHING MAUDLIN” AND “WHO WAS IN MY CANDY BOX?” SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER DAUGHTER PATTI AND DEVOTED SON-IN-LAW BILLY. CHERISHED GRANDMOTHER OF VICKI, JACKI AND NICK. LOVING SISTER OF FLORENCE “FLOSS” KAWA AND LATE HUSBAND HENRY “HANK”. BROTHERS JACK (GAIL) KELLER AND DONALD (THERESE) KELLER. KIND AUNT OF MANY NIECES AND NEPHEWS. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER DEAR PARENTS JOHN AND MARGARET nee DICKEY KELLER, HUSBAND WILLIAM McGRATH, DAUGHTER TERRI McGRATH AND BROTHER ROBERT AND SISTER-IN-LAW KAY KELLER AND MANY OTHER VERY DEAR AND MISSED FRIENDS.
