Lameka, Renee B. nee Krupinski Born March 1, 1946. Widow of the late Frank Lameka, loving daughter of Felicia Ostry Krupinski & the late Richard Krupinski. Cherished niece of the late Florence & the late Edmund Snieg, the late Joseph & the late Adeline Ostry, Richard & Janice Ostry & the late Elizabeth Socha Ostry. Fond godmother of Danielle Tomczak & Robert Ostry. Also survived by many loved cousins. Graduate of St. Mary of Nazareth School of Nursing and former Vice President of Nursing, Holy Family Hospital. New Millennium Life Member, Polish Museum of America. Visitation Tuesday, December 29th, 10:00 a.m. until Mass of the Resurrection 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Polish Church, 1118 North Noble, Chicago, IL. Interment private. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the I. Jan Paderewski Room at the Polish Museum of America, 784 N. Milwaukee, Chicago, IL 60642.
